Overall, guests praise the Sussex Radisson for its stylish, comfortable ambience, excellent location and helpful staff – though they do also comment that some of the rooms are fairly small and that the elevators are slow.

The Sussex Radisson Hotel has the appearance of an Edwardian gentleman's club from the smart, traditional exterior. In contrast, the public areas feature Fabbian Italian Lighting, slate floors and a leather reception area designed by Poltrona Frau. Comfortable, modern and smart, each medium sized guest room is ergonomically designed, featuring luxury furnishings and Sicilian marble bathrooms. Meanwhile, the Nova Bar and Grill offers contemporary British cuisine in stylish surroundings. Made of glass, the bar is the focal point of the restaurant, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
